Cancellation Deadlines & Refunds

How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, email us at support@asset360plus.com with your full name, reservation ID, check-in date, and site number. Cancellations are only accepted by email and are effective upon our written confirmation.
Modifications
Date changes and site transfers are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original check-in date. Modifications are not guaranteed and may result in a rate adjustment based on current pricing.
Early Departures
Guests who depart earlier than their reserved check-out date are not entitled to a refund for unused nights.
Weather & Force Majeure
Hidden Cove RV Park does not issue refunds for weather conditions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control (acts of God, government mandates, etc.) unless the park itself is forced to close. In the event of a park closure, guests will receive a full credit toward a future stay.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The $15 processing fee is non-refundable in all cases where a refund is issued.
