Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 8, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before making a reservation or using the facilities at Hidden Cove RV Park (“the Park,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing a reservation or entering the Park, you (“Guest”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Reservations & Payment

  • All reservations require full payment at the time of booking via our secure online payment system (Stripe).
  • Reservations are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is received.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice. The rate charged at time of booking is locked for that reservation.
  • A valid credit or debit card is required for all reservations. By providing payment information, you authorize the Park to charge the total reservation amount.
  • A non-refundable $15 processing fee applies to all reservations, including those that are later cancelled.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
  • Guests must check in at the park office upon arrival and present valid photo identification.
  • No-shows will forfeit their reservation without refund. The site will be released after 24 hours.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation requests are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Refunds (where applicable) are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Guest Conduct & Park Rules

  • Speed limit: 5 mph throughout the park at all times.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Generators are prohibited during quiet hours.
  • Fires: Open fires are permitted only in designated fire rings. Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving your site or retiring for the night.
  • Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Aggressive animals must be removed from the property immediately.
  • Visitors: Day visitors must register at the office. All visitors must depart by 10:00 PM.
  • Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is permitted at your individual site only. Public intoxication or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.
  • Firearms & Fireworks: Strictly prohibited on park property.
  • Trash: All trash must be bagged and deposited in designated dumpsters. Dumping of trash, gray water, or black water outside of designated facilities is prohibited.
  • RV Waste: Dumping of gray or black water is only permitted at the designated dump station.
  • Parking: Only vehicles registered to your site may be parked at that site. Overflow parking is available in the designated lot.

5. Site Use & Occupancy

  • Each reservation is for one RV and one primary vehicle per site. Additional vehicles require prior approval and may incur additional fees.
  • Subletting or transferring your site reservation to another party is not permitted.
  • Maximum occupancy per site is 6 persons unless otherwise approved in writing.
  • Tents may not be erected at RV sites without prior written permission.
  • Guests are responsible for leaving their site in the same condition as found. Excessive cleaning fees may be charged for sites left in unsatisfactory condition.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Guests use all park facilities, amenities, and the surrounding natural environment at their own risk. Hidden Cove RV Park, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property, vehicles, or RVs while on park premises.
  • Personal injury or death arising from the use of park facilities, swimming areas, boat launches, playgrounds, or any other amenity.
  • Damage caused by weather events, natural disasters, wildlife, or other acts of nature.
  • Any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your stay.

By entering the park, Guests acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold Hidden Cove RV Park harmless from all related claims.

7. Damage to Park Property

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to park property, facilities, or equipment during their stay. The Park reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repairs or replacement.

8. Right to Remove

The Park management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the premises immediately, without refund, for violation of these Terms, disruptive behavior, harassment of staff or other guests, or any conduct deemed unsafe or unlawful. Law enforcement may be contacted at management’s discretion.

9. Children

Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, including in common areas, swimming areas, and playgrounds. The Park assumes no responsibility for unsupervised minors.

10. Utilities & Hookups

Electric, water, and sewer hookups are provided where noted per site. The Park is not responsible for interruptions in utility service beyond its control. Guests must use only the hookups designated for their site. Tampering with utility connections is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a reservation, you consent to our data practices as described therein. Proof of how and when you provided consent is documented in our Proof of Consent policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

Hidden Cove RV Park reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Park’s facilities or website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Hidden Cove RV Park operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hidden Cove RV Park regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements.
